Environment, Health and Safety Manager [JH-14995]

Reporting to the Senior Director, Environmental Health & Safety, the selected candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership for all EHS activities within Quebec. This individual will work closely with management teams to implement safety programs, investigate incidents, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a strong focus on prevention, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives across Quebec operations.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.
