Entry-Level Systems Engineer

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry-Level Systems Engineer (Level 1) to support the Space Battle Management, Command, and Control (SBMC2) Team in Colorado Springs, CO .

This entry-level engineering position supports the development and integration of complex systems in the defense space domain using modeling, simulation, and mission analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in aerospace systems with demonstrated skills in requirements analysis, interface definition, systems integration, and lifecycle processes. The candidate will also be engaged in continuous professional development including agile team leadership (Scrum Master training), model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and simulation capabilities such as AFSIM and STK.
