• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates in the healthcare industry, from job briefing to offer management
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for placed candidates
• Conduct business development for the company
• Liaise with clients and companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Support the overall wellbeing of staff and contribute positively to the team's culture and performance

• One-to-one mentorship and training is provided, no prior experience required
• Mapped progression with the company
• Site visit to healthcare companies to gain broader experience
