Opportunity Description
Contribute to Nutrien's mission of Feeding the Future as an Enterprise Risk Manager. This role blends risk assessments with project management, requiring expertise in sustainability and finance. As an integral component of the global ERM program, this position reports to the Director of Enterprise Risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-wide risk assessments and collaboration
- Support preparation for executive and Board-level communications
- Enhance Nutrien’s ERM framework and governance
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments
- Support strategic planning through risk advisory
Requirements
- 8+ years in finance, enterprise risk, or audit
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- CPA, CIA, or similar designation preferred
- Understanding of climate risks and ESG frameworks
- Proficient analytical and relationship management skills
