Enterprise Customer Success Engineer & Technical Advisor

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Customer Success Engineer to partner with Customer Success Managers, support onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic customer accounts in Mexico City.

You will translate complex architectures for non-technical and executive audiences, identify risks, coordinate internal teams, and drive renewal and growth by demonstrating solution value and strong, trusted relationships.
