Enterprise Application Architect

The Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for designing and governing ESR Group's cross‑platform application architecture, with a primary focus on data integration, systems interoperability, and cross‑system design impact analysis. Working within ESR's agreed enterprise architecture direction, this role ensures that technology solutions are well‑integrated, technically sound, and aligned to the Group's transformation objectives.

Given ESR's complex real‑estate and investment management operating environment, the Enterprise Application Architect is expected to possess strong domain expertise in the applications and technology ecosystems commonly used across real estate investment, asset management, property management, development projects, leasing, facilities management, finance, procurement, and corporate functions.
