Job Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with Sprout’s enterprise customers. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, maximizing customer value through upselling and cross‑selling solutions, and ensuring long‑term customer success.
The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise sales experience, a proven track record in SaaS solution selling, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑level stakeholders. This individual will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from opportunity identification and pipeline management to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
