Opportunity Description
Lead Enhanced Care at Lev Senior Living as an Assistant Director of Care. This full-time temporary role focuses on delivering excellent support to residents and requires weekend availability.
In this role, you will assist the Director of Care in providing high-quality service to seniors. You will be responsible for creating Resident Care Plans and participating in various assessments critical to care management. Your organizational skills and ability to engage effectively in multidisciplinary meetings will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessments per care requirements
• Represent the Director during key meetings
• Facilitate health education sessions for staff
• Provide personal care alongside administering medications
• Support emergency training and fire readiness
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certifications
