English-speaking HR Associate, HR Shared Service

We are looking for an HR Associate with **fluent English** to join us in our People First Team in our **Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.**

As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for processing HR-related changes in the HR System, creating documentation and keeping an eye on employee satisfaction. Our customers can reach out to us via phone, chat and the HR Portal, so you will be able to use your English knowledge.

• Supporting employees and dependents, managers, HR management, government agencies and applicants.
• Accurately completing transactions, understanding the customer’s questions and issues, advising them in a professional way and handling their queries in a timely manner utilizing HR Contact Center procedures, policy manuals, knowledge management system and other reference materials
