About the Role
SuperQ is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead, scale, and guide the technical direction of the engineering team building the Super Platform, our AI‑driven supercomputing environment integrating GPU, quantum, and parallel computing. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of people leadership and deep technical execution. You are a Systems Engineering expert who loves keeping their hands dirty in code, architecture, and infrastructure. You will directly manage a high‑caliber team while driving deep expertise in either Backend Engineering, AI Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps/Platform Engineering to ensure our hybrid classical‑quantum stack is highly scalable, resilient, and performant.
