About the role:

  • The Process Engineer supports manufacturing operations through the development, optimization, and implementation of Die Attach/Clip Attach (DACA) processes. This role enhances process capability, drives cost and quality improvements, supports new product introduction, and provides technical leadership to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

    • What you will do:

  • Develop new processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness for assigned stations.
  • Qualify and release new equipment platforms or process technologies.
  • Conduct machine and process capability studies; analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement process improvement strategies using DOE, SPC, and other statistical methods.
  • Prioritize and execute process and quality improvement projects based on business needs.
  • Update and maintain process documentation such as FMEA, OCAP, control plans, and work instructions.
