Engineer Intern

Role Summary This incumbent is responsible to support the Process Engineer in driving productivity and process improvements across the production floor. This includes assisting in process audits, optimizing workstation layouts, supporting new product development, and participating in improvement projects leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies. The role provideshands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and offers opportunities to contribute to cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
Role Responsibilities A) Productivity Improvement Review and improve product cycle times. Optimize process flow at each workstation, including man/machine movement and workstation layout. B) Process Audit / Yield Improvement Identify and enhance critical parameters for each workstation/process. Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and performance.
