As a trusted voice on the other end of the phone, you’ll provide insurance advice and options to help clients protect what’s important. You will work under general supervision, performing duties in accordance with established objectives and guidelines, and take ownership of assigned work making decisions within established procedures and escalations.

Required qualifications: fluent in English and French, licensed insurance advisor in Canada, strong communication and customer‑service skills.
