What the role is:
We are looking for a motivated and technically competent engineer to join our team in managing building maintenance and construction upgrading projects for residential blocks, flats, and car parks. You will play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders across the full project lifecycle.
What you will be working on:- Lead or work alongside consultants and contractors in the management of building maintenance, repairs, improvement works, and/or construction upgrading projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and contractors throughout the full project lifecycle, and engage with residents, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Investigate and resolve maintenance issues, and provide technical advisory services.
- Prepare and oversee tender documentation, review and evaluate proposals, and identify potential project risks and opportunities.
