About the Role
Manage and ensure corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints, improve overall quality performance, and comply with quality standards and customer specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0‑KM concerns (mass production).
- Maintain and implement continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
- Manage containment actions for 0‑KM concerns and quality proactive notifications, including customer sorting and Quality Alerts.
- Coordinate additional controls with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan).
- Execute IPSO audits to confirm transfer of new products to production complies with approved data.
- Manage quality RMA process, review and confirm customer deductions due to 0‑Km concerns.
