Engineer Accessories Development Sea-Doo (Valcourt)

Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the Sea‑Doo team who will be directly linked to the success of the company through innovation and the continuous improvement of our accessories offer.

Responsibilities

• Develop accessories for our current and future marine vehicles, including our Sea‑Doo line of personal watercraft and pontoon.
• Evolve projects from initial concepts to production and influence the vision that guides the integration of accessories on new platforms.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, purchasing, quality assurance, vehicle group, and suppliers in the various stages of the product development process.
• Participate in the establishment of performance criteria, establish validation plans for each accessory and ensure their execution.
• Test prototypes in real conditions of use (in Canada and the USA).
