Engagement & Conversion Specialist

The Engagement & Conversion Specialist is responsible for converting warm leads into booked meetings and ensuring no prospective Advisor, startup, investor, or partner is overlooked. You'll be the first point of contact for people who have already engaged through events, referrals, media, or applications.

Your mission is simple: keep relationships warm, provide thoughtful follow-up, and turn engagement into conversations.

Rate: $5/hour (4 hours)

Your Role

You will manage a CRM of warm prospects, following up through email, SMS, LinkedIn, and phone to book calls.

After mastering CRM follow-up, you'll expand into AI-assisted executive LinkedIn outreach, ensuring messages authentically represent while converting conversations into meetings.
