EPAM Systems is seeking an Endpoint Analyst to diagnose and resolve endpoint connectivity, authentication, and security-control issues. You will analyze escalated service desk tickets, use logs and security tools, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in endpoint support or IT/security operations, and strong networking and AD/Kerberos knowledge. English proficiency and collaboration with IT/security teams are essential.
