Overview of the Role
At WestJet Encore, pilots create a memorable travel experience for our guests while working among one of Canada’s most admired corporate cultures. Our pilots provide safe and efficient air travel across an expansive network serviced by a fleet of state-of-the-art De Havilland Dash 8-400 (Q400) turboprop aircraft. They are team-oriented, providing leadership to flight crews and acting as brand ambassadors of WestJet’s corporate values.
