Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in relationship‑building with employers, community partners, and clients
• Comfort engaging with new employers through outreach, networking, and friendly cold calls
• Ability to support clients through career planning, job‑search guidance, and case management
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and community stakeholders
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems (Mobius/TRF experience is an asset)
• Training or education in career development, human services, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in job placement
