Employee Relations (ER) Manager - Coastal Region | PPLE Group

The Employee Relations Manager will take full ownership of Employee Relations across the Coastal Region, with primary accountability based at the Phillipi DC in Cape Town. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant ER practices across multiple Distribution Centres (DC), while managing high-volume disciplinary, grievance, and dispute processes. The role requires a strong operational mindset, deep ER expertise, and the ability to operate independently across geographically dispersed sites.

Key Performance Areas

Regional Employee Relations Management

• Lead and manage all ER activities across the Coastal region (WC, EC, KZN) and other regions as and when required do so.
• Ensure consistent application of disciplinary codes, policies, and procedures across all sites. Standardise ER processes and practices across Distribution Centres.
• Travel to regional sites to support complex ER matters where required...
