Join our Labour & Employee Relations team to advise on HR matters and support operations across multiple branches. You will be responsible for coaching staff, participating in collective bargaining, and providing crucial insights into grievance trends for effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first contact for HR on labour relations matters
• Guide management teams on union member interactions
• Contribute to collective bargaining proposal development
• Analyze grievance data to identify issues and trends
• Manage Labour Management meetings for effective communication
Requirements:
• Degree in human resources or relevant field
• 3-5 years in a unionized labour relations environment
