Reports to the Head of Employee Relations In this role, you will be an integral member of the Employee Relations team and will be responsible for the implementation of WRI’s updated Safe, Equitable and Inclusive Workplace policy.
WRI is seeking to fill one position located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Nairobi, Kenya, or Kigali, Rwanda. This position will require flexible work hours to serve an international employee population with an adjusted work schedule to accommodate evening work hours.
