About the role
The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for driving the design and delivery of Jacaranda Health’s core people programmes, with a primary focus on performance management. This role ensures that performance, culture, engagement and learning practices are effectively translated into consistent, high-quality experiences for all staff.
You will own the end-to-end performance management cycle, working closely with managers across the organisation to embed a strong performance culture, build management capability, and ensure fair and consistent application of frameworks. In addition, you will coordinate key initiatives in employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, and talent processes.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who combines strong HR advisory capability with execution excellence - someone who can improve systems, coach managers, and deliver programs that strengthen organisational effectiveness.
