Opportunity Description
Become a vital member of the Emergency Department team at North Bay Regional Health Centre. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with strong assessment and critical thinking skills for our 24/7 facility.
Candidates must possess a current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and hold Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications. With required experience in Medical and Surgical Units and at least two years in Emergency, you will provide high-level care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Conduct health teaching for patients and families
• Execute delegated medical acts and nursing skills
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
Requirements:
• 2-3 years Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• 1-2 years Emergency nursing experience
• Advanced assessment and communication skills
