Email Marketing Copywriter

We are an email agency in the D2C ecommerce space looking to bring on an exceptional copywriter to join the team as a contractor.The ideal candidate would start with one client and scale up with more if we're happy with the quality.About the role:- Long-term contracting copywriter with some availability during ET/PT hours.
- Write copy for ecommerce emails, pop ups, sms etc.- Dive into client brand voice and audience research.
- Collaborate with email strategists, designers and the head of copywriting, presenting drafts and ideas.
- Revise content as needed to meet expectations.
- Attend 2 short copy meetings per month- $8-12 per deliverable depending on experience (1 deliverable = 1 email plus variation or sms)Requirements for this role:- At least 1 year of experience in D2C ecommerce email copywriting- A can do attitude to grow within the company- A deep understanding of the English LanguageThis role is not a walk in the park.
