Elite M&A & Private Equity Associate, APAC

Agnew O'Brien in Singapore is seeking a corporate associate to focus on high-value M&A, private equity and strategic investments across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region. The team advises financial sponsors, multinational corporates, sovereign wealth funds and major institutional clients on sophisticated public and private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and private capital mandates.

Strong candidates will bring 4-6 years' PQE and a common law qualification.
