Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Review and evaluate design solutions to ensure alignment with cost, performance, and functional targets
- Provide technical guidance and direction for product development and design solutions
- Approve and review design validation plans for new products
- Represent the electrical engineering team in cross‑functional program teams (product management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, etc.)
