About the Role
Actively participate in the assigned tasks of the Industrialization area, achieving at least 95% compliance with the department's objectives in activities and ensuring the fulfillment of internal KPIs during the internship period, in accordance with ISO ****, IATF *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), and organizational strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate and update documentation for the Industrialization area.
- Conduct time and motion studies.
- Collect and analyze process data; create and maintain the Rabbit‑network.
- Perform capacity calculations (Takt Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time).
- Prepare and present analysis reports, including cost‑benefit, efficiency, and continuous improvement proposals.
- Communicate with Process Engineers when process instructions are not executed according to standard.
