This role is vital for our automated sorting systems, where you will shadow installation vendors for hands-on training and manage key maintenance plans. Your analytical skills will help monitor performance through KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in hands-on training during system installations
• Continuously analyze operational data for improvement
• Develop and support maintenance plans for automation equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
• Manage and analyze KPIs to ensure performance standards
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in electromechanical roles
• Post-secondary diploma as Electrical/Mechanical Technician
