Electrician / Wireman
Location: Melksham, Wiltshire
Rate: £32.00 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week
Duration: Minimum 5-month contract
We are currently recruiting for experienced NG Authorised Electricians/Wiremen to support a major substation project in Melksham, Wiltshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team delivering critical electrical installation and maintenance works within a high-voltage environment. The successful candidates will have previous experience working on National Grid projects and must hold valid NG Persons authorisation and Manual Handling certification.

Carry out electrical fitting activities on high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and associated equipment.
Install control and protection systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Install and maintain earthing systems across the substation infrastructure.
