Purpose and Scope

Purpose and Scope: The Contractor shall perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems to include primary distribution system, interior and exterior secondary distribution, interior/exterior perimeter and area lighting, access control systems, and grounding systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for all electrical systems beginning with the main distribution panel downstream of the substations. The Contractor shall install, inspect, maintain and repair, primary and secondary circuits and equipment in facilities to include motors and motor control circuits. The Contractor shall perform routine operational checks, using operational manuals at a minimum, and repair as required to ensure the electrical distribution system is operational and properly phased and balanced to support the mission on Al Dhafra Air Base in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP).
