The Electrical Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving the reliability of process equipment, ensuring the implementation of maintenance strategies, and providing technical support to the plant’s maintenance and production functions. This role supports production teams in achieving shared goals of safety, quality, cost control, and delivery. Responsibilities

Lead reliability and process improvement projects through electrical design, installation, and optimization.
