Coordinate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities as well as major shutdowns, ensuring efficient execution with internal teams and external contractors. Supervise and support unionized electricians, ensuring quality of work and adherence to safety standards. Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and optimization of spare parts inventory. Identify and schedule corrective actions to reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production needs.
