**Job Description**

The Electrical Machine Builder will interpret blueprints and schematics to build and assemble complex machinery for the food industry. This role involves electro-mechanical assembly, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as mechanical assembly, pipefitting, and occasional welding. The position requires hands-on work with power tools and hand tools to construct large equipment to precise specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read, interpret, and work from detailed blueprints and electrical schematics to build various machines for the food industry.
