Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a plant environment. This role focuses on planning, prioritizing, and executing maintenance work safely and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on instrumentation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance planning and coordination with operations
- Prioritize and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance
- Supervise and support E&I technicians (45 team members)
- Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues in real time
- Build daily/weekly work schedules and monitor progress
- Conduct field checks to ensure job readiness and safety
- Coordinate with procurement on parts and vendor requirements
- Use HMIs and control systems to monitor plant performance
