Electorate Trainer - Epsom

About the role

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Electorate Trainers to join our team across the electorate. These roles will be dispersed throughout the electorate, allowing you to work remotely or from our Electorate Headquarters. Trainers need to be available outside of regular business hours, including weekends, and may be required to travel. A driver’s licence is required. Full training is provided. As an Electorate Trainer, you play a vital role in delivering training to all Voting Place kaimahi, ensuring they understand their roles and can excel in them.

About you

You are an experienced trainer or facilitator with excellent planning, communication and people skills. You can work in complex environments, collaborate with managers, and deliver national events. Your communication skills, cultural competency and teamwork will help us grow our workforce.
