Elected Director, CAO Board

Responsibilities

• Engage and empower Ontario’s condominium communities
• Provide strong participation in Board meetings
• Demonstrate proactive support of CAO’s mission
• Oversee and direct CAO’s performance to MPBSDP
• Assess skills gap, knowledge, and experience of current directors
• Collaborate with a diverse and inclusive Board
• Attend formal interviews and provide references if shortlisted
• Participate in Board and committee meetings in-person or via electronic means

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to contract under law
• Not declared mentally incompetent by a court
• Not currently bankrupt
• Background in marketing/communications
• AI and digital/IT knowledge
• Condominium sector expertise
• Proactive orientation towards consumer protection initiatives
