Elder Care Provider

I am the full-time 24x7 caregiver for my mother. She had a stroke two years ago that has left her paralyzed on her right side and she is confined to a wheelchair.
I am fully capable of tending to her needs such as bathing, diaper changing, feeding and physiotherapy. However, because I need to be with her 24x7 I am unable to leave the house except for quick errands. So I want someone who could occasionally help with her.
Mom is pretty self-sufficient otherwise, and between her Kindle, Television, Radio and Android Tablet she keeps herself pretty entertained! So the skills I need are as follows:
1 - Making sure she is comfortable and safe and always as everything she needs.
2 - Diaper changing. This also involves getting her out of the wheelchair, we have a ReTurn 7500i that we use for that. I can train someone else to use it if required. We use pull-up diapers, so the changing is simplified.
3 - Possible feeding (depending upon the time)
