EHS Specialist (Nuclear Fuel Assembly)

BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. (BWXT NEC) is recruiting for an EHS Specialist (Nuclear Fuel Assembly) at its Peterborough location.

Role Overview

The EHS Specialist will provide direction and assistance to the Nuclear Fuel Assembly Operations and support the overall site to meet environmental, health, safety, and regulatory objectives.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the facility’s environmental programs (air, water, waste) ensuring compliance with environmental policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement the facility’s radiation protection and industrial hygiene programs ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate the functions of the As‑Low‑as‑Reasonably‑Achievable (ALARA) Committee and Beryllium Committee.
