**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for an experienced EHS professional to lead all the EHS activities according to GE and Italy requirements in our manufacturing plant in Milan (150 employees and 3 production lines).
He/she will have the knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

+ Act as the appointed RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) under Italian D.Lgs. 81/08, providing expert advice to site leadership and ensuring full compliance with local and GEV corporate standards.
+ Liaise with other functions, to ensure the proper focus on EHS including E&C
+ Ensure EHS Risk Assessments are effective, updated and communicated (including on E&C sites)
+ Monitor applicable EHS regulations and ensure Unit’s compliance with local regulations (country/state)
