Opportunity Description
Eaton is seeking a Regional EHS Manager responsible for leading safety operations throughout Canada. This position offers a hybrid work model with visibility at multiple Ontario facilities.
As the EHS leader, you will guide strategic safety initiatives while managing a diverse workforce. Your accountability includes fostering a zero-incident culture, managing compliance with safety regulations, and enhancing safety performance across Eaton's Services and Sales divisions. Regular site visits and engagement with operational leaders will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the EHS efforts across Services and Sales operations
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations
• Develop and implement training and safety programs
• Conduct safety audits and field-based observations
• Collaborate with leadership on safety exposures and mitigation
