Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team of early childhood educators
• Co‑teach the Junior Kindergarten program in a team‑based approach
• Support planning of dynamic and interactive lessons in partnership with the classroom teacher
• Support students in a variety of activities that support a play‑based approach to learning
• Seek opportunities to embrace the outdoors to support student learning
• Support students in daily physical education
• Enhance the experience of diverse learners
• Support student learning with small group and individual instruction
• Assist students during non‑instruction times (transitions, lunchtime, outdoor play)
