Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)

• Prepare and deliver lessons, lectures, and demonstrations for educational purposes to students and/or staff as may be required.
• Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines.
• Be flexible and responsive to learner needs through the use of appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.
• Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
• Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment and feedback to students on the required learning platform (BrightSpace).
• Respond to curriculum/course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles.
• Maintain and update curriculum materials.
