Salary Range: $78,577.00 To $108,045.00 Annually

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Community Services Administrator, the Education Manager leads the coordination and implementation of Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s education programs and annual work plan priorities, supporting learners from K–12 through post‑secondary pathways. This role is grounded in a holistic, culturally responsive, and trauma‑informed approach that centers the well‑being, strengths, and aspirations of each student. The Education Manager provides individualized education and career planning support, including confidential one‑on‑one guidance, to promote academic success, retention, and long‑term achievement.
