Opportunity Description
We are currently looking for eCommerce Tracking & Data Insights Manager/Specialist with strong skills and proven experience for a full-time engagement.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
+ Analyze user behavior across the entire conversion funnel (Landing Page → Product Detail Page → Cart → Checkout) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Matomo, and heatmap tools.
+ Identify drop-off points and develop actionable optimization hypotheses.
+ Plan, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate tests.
+ Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio for various stakeholders.
+ Combine onsite analytics data (GA4/Matomo) with inventory data, pricing information, weather data, and internal performance metrics to generate meaningful business insights.
