Ecommerce Specialist – Korea
Overview
Working closely with the Global Digital HQ and local teams, this role will drive the growth and optimization of the brand’s e-commerce business, enhance the online customer journey, and improve digital sales performance in Korea. This position directly reports to the Retail Director and functionally to the Digital HQ team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform for the Korean market, ensuring smooth execution of all online activities.
- Drive ecommerce merchandising initiatives, optimizing product presentation and site navigation to maximize online sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze key website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales) and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
