Join Eckler’s People & Culture team as a Learning and Development Partner on a contract basis. This role focuses on designing impactful training programs and supporting employee development.
You will foster collaboration with Finance, People & Culture, and other business units to address learning priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning and expertise in facilitating diverse training sessions, especially for HR system transitions. This position enables you to create accessible learning materials that resonate with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate onboarding and skills training
