Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking an Early Talent Leadership Development Program-Operations.
Responsibilities
You will participate in a two-year leadership development program with two assignments, each lasting 12 months, at Eaton manufacturing facilities. Assignments may involve different facilities, businesses, or functions to maximize development. You will hone leadership skills and have opportunities to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during your assignments. The program aims to prepare you for leadership roles across operations, lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, product line management, program management, or engineering.
