ComPsych is seeking EAP providers for delivering impactful in-person counseling to employees and their households. This role focuses on addressing mental health challenges through effective solution-focused methodologies.
As a member of the ComPsych Employee Assistance Program, you will provide vital, short-term support for clients facing a variety of issues, including workplace stress and relationship challenges. You will conduct evaluations and implement coping strategies, ensuring each session is tailored to individual needs while adhering to ethical guidelines.
